Nicholas Galitzinerecently told British GQ that he felt somewhat guilty when deciding whether or not to participate a gay personality as a direct man because he does not need to take up anyone else’s room or opportunities. Galitzine starred opposite Taylor Zakhar Perez last year in Prime Video’s popular queer romance film “Red White and Royal Blue,” and he’s currently a co-lead opposite Julianne Moore in the Starz drama “George & Mary.” Galitzine’s nature in the series is queer.
“I identify as a straight guy, but I hold been a part of some amazing queer stories,” Galitzine told the publication. “I felt a sense of uncertainty sometimes about whether I’m taking up someone’s space, and perhaps guilt. At the same occasion, I see those characters as not solely their sexuality.”

Nicholas Galitzine is clearing the air on the concept of his sexuality.
While the Idea of You star rose to fame playing queer characters in the film Red, White & Royal Blue and the miniseries Mary & George, he recently arrange the record straight about his own sexual identity.
"I identify as a vertical man," Nicholas told British GQ in an interview published May 8, "but I have been a part of some astonishing queer stories."
The Bottoms actor went on to admit that his sexuality has, at times, made him second speculate taking on such roles.
"I felt a sense of uncertainty sometimes about whether I'm taking up someone's room, and perhaps guilt," Nicholas continued. "At the equal time, I see those characters as not solely their sexuality."
Plus, the 29-year-old insisted that any character he plays is completely separate from who he is outside of work, explaining, "I am Nick, and I'm not my role."
